Louise DDP Upgrade Update 6/11

I bought a DDP body, and stuck Louise on it.  

Nomi got Louise's old MDDIII.  I also tried her  default set on DDP, it doesn't fit, and the shirt would be too short if it did.

Same short shirt issue with Louise's outfit.  Otherwise, it does fit ok, but makes her neck look very long.  Skirt is very short, but it's always been too short.  

Kind of looks like Louise used magic to grow taller.  

I like the DDP body.  I'm not sure if Kudo will get an upgrade to DDP, too, yet.  

Dang it!  I was doing this too but you beat me to it!  LOL  When I won a couple of things last week from the lottery, I saw they had the DDP bodies in stock so I added one to the order.  I have a couple of girls on Obitsu 45cm bodies and just don't like them very much so I had plans to upgrade eventually.  And out of those girls, Louise was first on the list to get swapped out.

 

It's nice to see her on the DDP tho, I do like how she's just a *tad* taller than the MDD3 bodies are because I always thought she was too short in MDD form and needed to be a little taller to match her anime look and size.  I know finding clothing for her isn't going to be easy but I have some stuff I think will work out for the most part.

 

Congrats on upgrading your Louise!  She definitely looks good on that DDP body. 

 

PS.  I have Kudo too but feel she works much better as an MDD sized girl.  Maybe you should put yours on the DDP just to see what she looks like and share?  😄😄

Kudo looks great on DDP.

DDP is the perfect body for Louise.  It's the body she should've had from the start, except it didn't exist then.  Hopefully there's a 3rd party version of her school uniform in DDP size out there.  

 

I really hope Illya gets a DDP version.

Tried out the Volks Midsummer Flower Skirt set on Louise, it fits pretty well for a DD/DDS outfit meant for SS to M busts.

Added a cute hair accessory from another outfit.

That outfit looks so nice on her!  I was thinking maybe DDS sized sets would work on the DDP body too.  If Volks would get off their butts and mail out my stuff, I could check that!  I have yet to get a shipping notice from them for the lottery wins I paid for. 

 

Anyways, she's adorable in that set!

More Louise!

I'm trying to decide what she should wear to an upcoming meet.  Leaning towards the last outfit.  We'll see. 

That last outfit is a really nice combo but I also love the combo of the mod length jeans with those flip flops! You really know how to dress Louise so she looks good. Does she always use the same wig?

Thanks, Beani!  That outfit with the mid-length pants (really, tights under jean shorts) is called "My Sweet Devil" jacket version.  There's a hooded black and pink jacket with it, too.  I've had a lot of luck with Volks MDD clothes actually fitting DDP...  

Louise doesn't always use this wig, but she almost always has a pink wig.

I've so far stuck with MDDIII for Kudo...  She and my Obitsu 40 cm girl can still share clothes.  She's definitely one of the best MMDs.

That's really interesting as Volks generally only claims compatibility with outfits with skirts, not pants, because I guess the hips and waists are fairly different. Of course, with anything from before DDP existed it's a guess anyway.

Oh, pants fit the waist, generally...  It's just that they're too short.  These jeans on Louise are a bit tight, but they wok.  I've got a TTYA skirt that won't fit, even trying to put it over the waist, and my TTYA cargo shorts won't fit either.  

Oh, length it is I guess. Volks usually doesn't seem to care about that, but maybe they only don't care if it's too long i.e. most pants on DDS but they say they fit anyway.

Sure those are short but they don't look wrong at all. There's all kinds of lengths of pants for real girls with capris and such, so they look fine to me.

I don't have a DDP or MDD, but on DD the TTYA clothes I have are a close fit unlike most Volks clothing so I'm not surprised. If the TTYA denim stuff didn't have spandex in it so that it stretches a bit I'm not sure you could get it on. I have the TTYA denim shorts and they fit great, but I've read the ones made out of non-stretchy material, but presumably the same pattern, do not fit.

Anyway, it's good to know all that. I had considered getting Yayoi because she's really cute but one reason I had then decided against it was the apparent lack of available clothing.

Can’t believe I missed they were tights under shorts! Still, considering the body type has few items designed for it you seem to really have a knack for making the outfits work. 

I just got a pink haired girl myself and can’t imagine another color on her right now so understand that sentiment. (And I usually hate pink!)

Are you considering a DDP for Kud at all? I always felt the MDD body was a bit small for her character but perhaps the DDP is too large? I see you did try the body but didn’t stick with it?

Volks has been offering more outfits for DDP, although they tend to be for MDD and MSD as well...  Azone 50cm clothes fit, too, I just haven't bought much at all.  I should really get some more.

I wouldn't wear pink myself, but when Louise was an MDD, she not only had her signature pink hair, but a pink wardrobe, as well.  Her pink dress doesn't fit anymore, and is on KitKat, my Obitsu 40cm girl.  

I've thought about upgrading Kud to DDP, but she would lose her original outfit.  The default sets for both Louise and Kudo are too small to fit DDP.  I'd like to get Louise a shirt and skirt that would fit, since most of the other bits still work.  Anyway, I'm getting off the subject.  I've never watched Little Busters, I just bought Kudo to give Louise a friend.  I guess it does make sense for her to 'grow up' as well.  

I'm revamping my characters' stories, so I'm not sure how Kudo is going to fit in.  She was a kitsune, and related to Aoi, my main kitsune girl.  But I'm pretty sure I'm changing that.  

New dress for Louise!  The shoes are for regular DD.

 

To the above per your girl is cute. I heard that azone clothes fit good on the ddp.

I prefer her on the MDD body still but she looks very nice on the DDP body too. It's shocking how grown up she looks :3 too bad the stock outfit doesn't work out but I'm sure she'd look good in anything.
