Handing over a Volks Preorder

Hi! I'm interested in taking over someone's preorder for 2b Dollfie Dream. Has anyone done this before? If not, any ideas?

I'm not sure they do that. People sell their orders on Yahoo Japan, but usually they complete the transaction, pickup the doll, and then ship to the buyer.
