Then after several rounds of refresh I got a different error message saying that my screen session couldn't be processed? My cart was still filled afterwards and I got no order confirmation. Not that I've went to cart_complete.html and got error. Even though the cart is still there, but if I try to check out that cart again, it no longer gives me the "Check your Order" button so that I can no longer go forward. So I don't know. I'm hoping this means the system recognized that I've completed that order. But nothing shows up in Order History or PayPal right now. This is getting crazily confusing now. I got that a few times too; I think that's just the system is so slow it doesn't put the buttons up on the pages sometimes. cfx Posted August 31, 2019 I've now been trying nearly 6 hours to buy outfits, and I still can't do anything. I make it to the end of the order process occasionally, and either get the blank "confirmation" screen, or once a "system error" and to contact them for info. I'm so disappointed. I’m now at the point where I can try to pay, but the website is so messed up the payment can’t go through. It’s incredibly disheartening. Monty Posted August 31, 2019 (edited) Reading this for the past two dolpa doll events has been extremely disheartening and I really, really hope they go back to the lottery method. I’d hate to miss out on a doll I really want in future because of something as stupid as this. I get the feeling they only started this clickwar nonsense because people kept complaining about the lotteries but volks, please... sometimes....sometimes the customer is very wrong. cfx Posted August 31, 2019 The site is kinda, barely, working again as I managed to get two of the three outfits I wanted. Of course the one I wanted most sold out while going through all this garbage. You might check over the next day or so to see if Rem or Ram reappear briefly. Missy Posted August 31, 2019 I’m so disappointed I literally tried all night to complete my order for Rem. Around 5 this morning I decided to sleep for a couple of hours thinking Rem will still be there since she had been there all night. Nope she is gone and the site is working better than it was. Beani Posted August 31, 2019 (edited) It seems that while Ram sold out during the lottery period at Dollpoint Rem was available until around 6pm. They are also tweeting now that from 12pm today they will be able to pull stock in from other stores for both dolls. Originally I thought they made the same amount of dolls, but from this I’d say they made way more Rem.
