DDS Rem and Ram (Re:zero)

Volks USA seems to have two order history pages. One only shows special event entries like lottery entries, and only shows up during events. The second page shows regular orders, including paid special event orders. 

If you are seeing your regular order history, you won’t see your lottery history. 

Just a disclaimer: This is an observation I made when I noticed that during events I had participated in I saw all my old lottery stuff instead of my order history. I possess no special knowledge of how their site is coded.

Yep.

If your login includes a captcha, then you'll see lottery entries.  If you login without a captcha, then you'll see regular orders.

Normally the only time you see the captcha login is during an event.

Go Here https://volksusastore.com/webstores/event/ and login with captcha and you'll see all your lottery entries, but none of your regular orders.

That makes me think of something I've never checked before.  I wonder if the Event login shows the User Groups when items are won in lottery?  We know they show on the normal login, but I've never thought to go back and check the event login after winning.

If you didn't get an email, does that mean you lost or should I have gotten an email with a result either way? IDK and my order still says pending on the website.

Volks only notifies winners. I would wait for the full window before giving up though. Sometimes they come in waves.

awww, okay. Well, at least that means I can enter for ICON, haha!

I wasn't paying attention... it said I won Rem twice... XD They corrected it and I still have one... I don't think I got Ram though... has anyone got a Ram yet?

Yeah, I was confused at first because my email also said I had won Rem twice.  Figured it was a mistake and ignored it, since I had only entered for her. 

@yLLiS it’s too bad this means you didn’t win Ram!  Wonder if there were very few of her to go around?  😥

Volks USA is holding an After Event for LA Dolpa starting October 1st.  While they haven’t announced exactly what will be available, they do show an image of Icon on the banner for the event.  So it can be assumed maybe we’ll get an Icon lottery?

Ahhhh I see.  Thanks for letting me know!  I really like the green colored girl and the tan one..... but I think the tan girl with the partially closed eyes was only available at Dollpa.  I love that look on her face tho.    But if they make Icon available for lottery I'll be going for one for sure.

They are much more impressive in person. I didn't go for one at the Dolpa, but Terra & Serra are very temping for sure. Good luck if you enter.

LOL.  My email had Rem listed twice too.  I just chalked it up to SNAFU lottery emails.

They really need to get their emails straight.  There has been something wrong with the emails for something like the past 6 events or more.  It's either broken links, incorrect links, duplicate emails, or strange lottery result descriptions.

Normally I don't even use the email links for when I win lottery items.  I just sign in and click Dollfie Outfits and the lottery wins will be there.  But this time, Volks put the dolls in a different section, which doesn't seem to have a normal access link, so I needed the email link in order to get to the item.

Ooh yes!  The half lidded/sleepy eyed Icons are definitely my favorites!  I love the dreamy/sultry look on resin dolls, so having that in vinyl is a dream come true!  I hope they offer them for the lottery, even though I doubt I’ll have the funds to enter (what with Rem coming home and the upcoming FGO preorder).  I’m glad I’m not the only one who enjoys that style of head, so I hope she’ll be available for you!

@Cinnamoron I definitely think it's a sultry look for sure but it also says "hauty" or "aloof" to me.  Maybe even a bit tsundere…. I dunno.  But I do love it and would like to have that girl one day.  But if that face isn't going to be available then I'll go for the green girl first and the other dark tan girl second.

Altho I've seen some excellent photos of them online, my buddy AsianEd has TWO of them now so the next meetup we have, I'll get to see them in person.  And I'm sure I'll fall for them even more after that!  😄

@BeyondTime "Romantic Glance" sounds very nice but we both know that's a "What do YOU want underling?" glance if I ever saw one.  😉

Congrats to those who won Rem! No new Ram owners though?

As a warning I was redressing Ram and found light staining under the sleeves at the top. My guess is the pressure from keeping the detached sleeves up caused the stains even though they were backed so would recommend using stain prevention tape there. 

Is there still a chance that Rem will get restocked on the Volks Int page?  ;-; (And btw, did they change smth? I can't remember that I have seen a click war for limited dolls before. I hope they'll hold lotteries in the future again)

Yeah they've been doing this lately. These two, and Miku Reboot and Sakura Miku were clickwars. As far as I recall, Sailor Mercury and Mars were still lottery though.

The Volks website has been performing so badly during these clickwars they are even more frustrating than they'd otherwise be.
