It means you've won the lottery item that the User Group represents.

My user group says 80_IC04.

Well, Toppz1008 entered earlier for Serra and Terra.  Only one user group is showing, so only one was won.  20blackbags won the same one as Toppz1008.

I'm going to guess the 05 one is Terra/Tawny and the 04 one is Serra/Romantic?  That's based solely on the order they were shown on the order page that Nyx Whitestar screencapped earlier.

I mean, if you only entered for one and you have a User Group, you won the one you entered for.

So Celis814, which one(s) did you enter for?

I entered for Clover, Lilac and Serra. 

On the email order it shows Serra as Dicon202004. Which kind of matches up to my user group 04. 

So I guess I won Serra? 
 

 

 

I only entered for Serra with romantic eyes if that helps.

I only entered for Clover and I have "80_IC01"

(So I guess I'm getting Clover for my birthday!)

That makes sense. Clover is Dicon 202001 on the order invoice email. 

congratulations to all the winner.. i don't see "my user group".. i guess i did not win, but it's good to know that when you have won the lottery the "my user group" will appear..

I would give it time. None of us have received emails at this point. Also Volks never knows who is going to buy and who won’t  

I am assuming there are going to be some on the secondary market because not everyone is going to get their first choice. 

Additionally, the restock sales have been happening. I did not order Sakura Amamiya during the Dolpa 43 but I did order her when she was restocked from Volks Japan. Same thing others did with Jupiter when she was restocked. Put what you want on your wishlist with Volks Japan and they email you if and when it becomes available. 

I didn't win. I'm bummed. Okay, I'll admit I'm more than bummed, but life goes on. My first experience with Volks lottery system, and it will be the last. Congrats everyone. Hope you all enjoy your new dolls

Nothing for me so far either. If I don't end up being lucky I really hope they do another release with the fantasy parts!

Yeah there will definitely be some on the aftermarket. That’s how I was able to get my Rapunzel. I lost that lottery too.

Confirmed! Just got my email from VolksUSA that won Iris/Lilac and to pay. Very excited!

If you didn't see a winning email, be sure to check your junk mail and look at the groups on your Volks USA profile to be sure you didn’t win. In the past emails have been known to go astray.

I think I've looked at my spam folder a hundred odd times, and there is nothing under my profile but just my personal info and doesn't appear to be group tab anywhere.

Aww. No e-mail and no user group on my profile.

You and me both.  I'm in the same boat as you.... no email and no user group and nothing in spam folders.  Looks like I lost out on Clover again.  :(

Congrats to those who won and sorry to those who missed out. The Icons with fantasy parts will be at the next Hometown Dollpa so perhaps they will be in the International afterevent as well? Might be another chance to grab them then. 

Congratulations everyone who won. Im looking forward to see all the pictures. Right after volks sending out email. They announced there will be FCS in August. I didn't win dollfieicon but this is good news for me. Ive waited for FCS for long time..  

Entered for Clover but no emails for me. Hopefully better luck next time!

Congrats to winners.

I'm a bit sad I didn't get an Icon (or two). Now I am in the dangerous situation of feeling that money is burning a hole in my pocket and since 'Rella is currently unavailable to global members, I'll need to make sure I don't make any stupid and rash decisions.

I'm getting more and more entranced by the heavy blush SD style make-up and features. I'm going to seriously check out the August FCS, but I don't think they have a SD16 this time around.
