What size are those eyes? I didn't think anime-style eyes would suit Icon, but those work really well!

Clover with red Volks metallic eyes. Not sure if they're gonna be her main look, but it's a good October/Halloween vibe.

Thank you all!! If I remember correctly, eyes size is 20 mm :) I've put anime eyes on my 2B too, that's why I didn't hesitate for Lilac, I knew I would love it!  

I plan to do a photo shoot of them together.

Not mine.

Correction: There is very slight blushing on my Lilac's ears. Could not easily tell in low light but can see it in sunlight.

Clover/Sandy in her new hoodie. I tried the skirt on her too, but pants make it easier for her to stand unassisted.

I also got her a white body stocking and it works pretty well - extra layer of protection without entirely blocking the pretty skin color.

Got a custom face-up for my Serra last month.  Along with this wig and eyes, she has a completely different look from before.  @Cauldroness made a custom necklace for her, too.

So I really like the eyes in the original Clover pics, but I sadly didn't get them. I was thinking of getting her one of these fancy resin pairs from Moonlight BJD House, what do you guys think?

(And please tell me if I missed something and Volks does sell those eyes somewhere...😅)

That's a great idea!  I'll have to see what I can find.  Unfortunately, Neon's wig is Monique Gold, which recently shut down, and was hard enough to find on it's own. The face-up artist sent me preview photos with another copy of this wig, which I liked so much I wanted it myself.

Hi all, is it ok to ask a question about my Clover? I picked her up last night, she'd been sitting in her dollfie chair in my doll shelf...but when I straightened her legs they swung freely like sort of floppy? She isn't posing well so I am not sure what to do 😅 any ideas or tips? I rarely touch her because I don't want to mess her up but now I'm worried 😥

There are screws in the shin that may have loosened up. Even if you weren’t posing her much temperature changes causing expansion and contraction of the metal could loosen them over time. It doesn’t take a lot to change tension substantially. A quarter turn of the screw is a lot. 

It’s possible that there is a crack in the knee somewhere, but odd that both would get one since the last time you handled her. 

You could pull the internal frame out and check for cracks or tightness You shouldn’t have to pull it out all the way or even detach the shin from the thigh. Just pull off the feet and pull the shin vinyl over the joint until it’s fully exposed.

You could take the leg off to make it easier, but that isn’t really necessary. I would suggest removing her head and setting it aside in a safe place. 

If it is just loose, then tighten it in small amounts, no more than a quarter turn at a time, and then test tension. You don’t want to crack the plastic by over tightening.  

Unfortunately, if there is a crack, you can’t get the old DDIII shins new anymore, so there is no way to get a new frame to put in her legs. The f3 shin frame isn’t compatible with the DDIII vinyl, at least not without trimming the vinyl, and I am not sure if the f3 shins will even connect to the thigh frame on a DDIII.

DD are pretty durable, so don’t be afraid to play with her.
