In the past, it seems like they would restock hands some time (weeks?) after an icon lottery ends. Slightly frustrating considering how expensive shipping is now. One is the regular cart history, which will show completed orders, and the other is the lottery history, which will not show "complete" on any lottery entry. I have 2 sets of them due to buying the hands before results came out where I lost and when I got one on the aftermarket she came with a set.
