Yellowing

Hi guys. I I'm considering purchasing a DD head from Mandarake. But it has a few yellow spots on the forehead. 

Is there a way to clean the yellowing?

With my experience some yellowing are just dirt or dye from fabrics which is easy to remove. If the yellowing is not that severe go for it.

Really it depends where the yellowing is, if it's in the middle of the face, the forehead, or even on the chin, you shouldn't. But if it's on the head cap or somewhere that wigs will cover it won't bother you too much. My media has some yellowing on the back of her ears and it's not noticeable so it doesn't bother me.
