Hobby Lobby, Michael's, and other craft stores

Hobby Lobby and Michael's are craft stores in the US.  They carry a lot of holiday decorations, craft supplies, miniatures, etc and I've found some really cute stuff there for dolls so I thought it could be useful to make a post about items found there recently. 

 

I went to Hobby Lobby yesterday and got some really cute Halloween and Christmas items appropriate for DDs.

 

 

Here's Ranka and Momo with their new candy bucket filled with treats and some cute little velvet pumpkins.  The candy bucket is made of metal and is slightly large for them but still pretty good scale for DDs.  I stuffed the bucket with orange tissue and just piled the candy on top.  The candies are actually from the Christmas section, specifically the section of ornaments for miniature Christmas trees.  I bought two packs of the wrapped hard candies and one pack of lollipops.

 

The hard candies are SO cute and a great size for DDs.  The lollipops are oversized but I thought it would be cute so I went with these instead of smaller ones that I thought might be a bit too small.  They had some other miniature candies like candy canes, gingerbread cookies, etc. that I may go back for when it's closer to Christmas.

I also bought two Christmas ornaments of cookies on a pan and the size is perfect for DDs.  These were in the section for regular-sized Christmas ornaments, instead of minis like the candy.  My phone camera had a hard time focusing with all the glitter on the top one.

Super fun and cute, I never would've thought to look at Christmas Tree ornaments as props!  I have some looking around to do.
