The title is "Taose Karaoke Banchou!!" (Defeat the Karaoke-Gang Boss!!)

Subtitle "Souma Tatsuya's Collected Works"

By (surprise) "Souma Tatsuya".

On the bottom is the title again and "List price 880 Yen (including tax)"

I managed to also find the author's (Japanese) Wikipedia page which lists his works.

But I cannot say that I have heard of him before.
