I'm sure, even if it's like this during the lotto period, that people will be able to put in for Arle/Ranko. Fingers crossed that they are able to get their host to fix this and/or switch hosts. Volks USA has never said they don't want people placing orders; what they don't want is people expecting shipment before the 20th. As a small business in the US they still need the income to pay their bills, and having their website down on top of a potential reduction in sales revenue from the shutdown has to be hurting them. Their other clothing is usually sized for SD, and I would generally avoid SD16 clothing, at least when you are starting out. Their stands are nice too. I've hesitated to speculate because we don't really know anything about their hosting arrangement. I don't know all that much about network infrastructure so I'll take your word on that. The website has always performed somewhat poorly for me in the states. cybergrayghost Posted May 4, 2020 Being a new Dollfie friend but an avid on-line 'searcher', one thing I noted about the VolksUSA website several days ago was a notice that they are working through two issues that feed into each other..... One is a problem with their server(s)/hosting company and second is that they had already been working on doing a 'revamp/re-write' of their website/webstore and things kinda turned into a 'perfect storm' situation for them. Don't remember if I had seen this 'notice' on their F/B page or their twitter feed but it was from them and their site has notices that their webstores are down (not just the Dollfie Dream but also their other modeling and hobby stores). Given what I'm seeing on this discussion thread, thought I ought to pass this info along.....
