Ugh, after the store site maintenance yesterday, this all looks like (bad) machine translation too. Most of the store pages had previously looked like they were written by actual humans in English, at least what I had noticed.

the smallest type is the hikari-tenshi, and from what i understand it has no joints and is meant to look kind of like a fetus. the site doesn’t say anything about it being offered this time around, so it will probably just be the sei and rei tenshi  

for those who are interested, sei-tenshi is about 8.9 inches tall, has articulation at the neck, shoulders, thighs, elbows, knees, wrists, and ankles. it also has posable wings that are attached to it’s body with elastic. 

rei tenshi is smaller, about 3-5 inches depending on the style, and only has articulation at the neck, shoulders, and thighs. some are curled in the fetal position while some are standing. i can’t remember if their wings are articulated or not. 

I think it would be neat if they did an online Dolpa once a year as an ongoing event. I’d even pay for an entry ticket if they had to do it that way to make up for the costs. I wouldn’t want it to replace any of the in person events though, so maybe a new event that they do midsummer or something.

Hey, I have a great idea and time saver for the next time Volks does one of those free shipping campaigns for Volks News!

They can just make the announcement and go ahead and say that it's sold out.  That's pretty much how it works anyway.  It eliminates that needless step of stating it will be available on a certain date.  They can just go ahead and make the graphic with sold out in advance instead of updating it.

No, I'm not actually peeved or anything.  I wasn't intending on ordering Volks News 87 at all.  I just knew there was a free shipping campaign and I check and it's already sold out.  It's always like that.  Does anyone ever manage to get an order in?  Volks should just go ahead and announce it like:

"Volks News #87 Free shipping campaign!  Sold out on X date in the future!  We're sorry you missed this event, try again next time!"

They could do this for clickwar dolls too.  Just announce them with a graphic with SOLD OUT already plastered across the image.

Don't mind me.  I'm just in a mood today.

Usually I manage to, but I order first thing in the morning. This time I forgot until the end of the day and it was gone. 
 

It’s possible they had fewer to sell because of the mail shutdown / Dolpa changes.
