Twins and doubles

So I've gotten quite a few new girls over the past year and I figured it was time to share some of them with everyone.  But this isn't a post about *all* of them, this is just a post for the doubles and twins that I've gotten.  Meaning, I've adopted doubles of girls I already owned but the new ones are vastly different in one way or another.  

 

So here we go!  First up is my fire wielder Cinder.  I got her from my friend Eblktty.  She has been thru quit a few make up sessions and character changes over the years but she has come to me like this:

She's a bit of a ruffian and street hoodlum but she's good natured most of the time.

Her fire brands were all hand painted and her eyes are customs all done by Eblktty.  None of my girls even remotely have a style like this but that's part of her charm IMO.

So have you figured out what head she is?  I think she's one of the most under rated head molds out there.  Here to show you who she really used to be is my version of her....

So that's what I mean by doubles and twins!  Now we move to the next set of girls...

This is Maria.  She is an Airy head with default wig but different eyes.

I adopted this lovely lady from my best friend in Canada... Salica!    So now I have several of her girls in my family.

Airy is on her default DD2 M-bust body.

 

But her twin is on a completely different body and is done up in a whole other style.  How different?  Well....

First, she's on a single torso L-bust DD3 body.

Second, she has different eyes and hair from default.

And lastly, she has a full body blush with freckles all over.

Pretty cool huh?   

 

And now for my last pair of newer twins.  These are almost the same girls but they are also completely different.  She had 2 releases and each had a different face up.  This one here is Mimi.  She is the 2nd version of this girls release.

She's had her face up changed a bit from default.  Her lips were redone as were some eye details.

As you can see below, she also has freckles.  She's using Smartdoll eyes and an unknown wig.

Do you know who she is yet?  She's on a DDS single torso M-bust body if that helps.  I know it doesn't tho because she didn't come with that body.  LOL

I mean wow!! I know repaints can do absolute wonders, but the bold lipstick really did a 180 of those chubby cheeks

Yep!  Mai it is!  When my friend first bought a Mai I was all excited about it but then she wiped her faceup and turned her into another character.  Then a little bit later she redid her again.  And then she went to the look she has now.  So this new Mai has seen some changes in her life.  And she may yet change again in the future.  I may decide to have her redone to revert to her default look but with better color and more detailing.  But for now she'll stay Cinder and be a badass.  😄

Wow! this really shows the versatility of head sculpts (and I love seeing twins lol).

-I would have never guessed that was a Mai under all that fire, she looks great.

-I love Airy, she is one of my favorite heads I think, I would love to have one in my family. She looks great so many ways.

-The repaint on Moe is adorable, I love the addition of the freckles. 

Nice to see some of your new additions

Whoa. . . it's amazing how different a sculpt can look with a different faceup.  I wouldn't have guessed that Cinder is a Mai, or that Mimi is a Moe.  But when they're standing next to each other, the family resemblance is clear!  Thanks for sharing your twins with us, Billy!
