Trouble with the Volks Website Store

Hello everyone! 

I recently encountered a problem on the Volks Website Store. When signed in, trying to view any item redirects to the following error page :

An error has occurred.

The specified item could not be found.

When signed out, the items pages can be accessed normally. In anyone else in the same situation? Would it be better to contact Volks about it?

I have the same result.

Most likely it's because they aren't currently accepting international orders due to shipping restrictions with Japan Post.

On May 1st you should be able to order again.

I'm having the same problem cos I want to make an order eventually, and wanted to wishlist a bunch of things so theyre easy to find later.

I just assumed its doing it automatically for non Japanese IPs because theyve suspended shipping to us until May 1st, so I'll see if its still doing it then. 

I've still been able to favourite things by viewing them logged out, clicking the button to add to favourites, which prompts me to a login screen, logging in, and then logging out again and repeating. (kinda annoying lol) When logged in I can view my wishlist, but not individual item pages, and can browse with zero issue when not logged in. I had actually been wondering if other people were experiencing this, so its good to know its not just me.

Thank you very much for your replies, and for the tip regarding the addition of items to favourites! This will come in handy until everything is restored  I'm glad to know I wasn't the only one encountering this error too.
