When your order is ready, we'll send you an email notifying you that your order is ready. Call 310.782.8324 when you arrive to our parking lot. Give us your name, order number and get your ID ready. Wait for a VOLKS USA staff member to bring your order to your car. *If you are picking up the orders for someone else, please have the person who placed the order call us to inform us who will be picking up. Volks: would you like to add a pair of hands to your order for 20 dollars? Me: sure! Some secs later volks delivers a bucket with miku and towa waving, along the other stuff. I wish I could have a volks store here in my country to do something like that. Good for volks btw. It's good to see this kind of strategy.
