Problems with the Volks International Store

Hey guys,

sorry if this was already discussed somewhere before >///< I tried the search option, but nothing helpful came up.

I'm a bit confused about the Volks International Store. I never had any issues ordering from the old website, but when I tried to order something for the first time from their new store, I always get an error message saying: "The reading format is incorrect. Please enter in the full-width Katakana" from the broken google translation. I can't change my address or name in general, because their website only offers places in Japan (or assumes I'm japanese?).

Is this how it was for everyone after the renewel of the Store? Or is my account just weird? @_@ I'm super confused.

I already wrote them a message, but just in case its something I can solve myself, I wanted to ask if someone had the same issue >//<" (They already wrote it could take severel days before I get an answer >///<)

It's probably your Zip code. If you put it in the Postal Code field it causes that error. There is an additional address line you can add it to, and it works just fine in you do it that way. I can't recall the exact name of the line though.

Thank you, I was going to try that, but when I try to change any of my information I get a new error message with "The login ID must be 6 characters or more"

Well.... My Login ID has 5 Characters and is fixed, I can't change that even if I wanted to xD" guess I need to wait for the support >_<"

This happened to me as well, support had to fix it. They had to re-enter all my information manually from their end. I think it may have just been something that happened to a few people when they brought accounts over to the new site.
