I got a 2nd Mochiashi body for my Obitsu 50-4 head, and I also replaced the bust with one from the Obitsu 50cm body. The torso is a stock MDD one, so there shouldn't be any issues with overall fit--the only possible issue I could see is the leg holes of the underwear fitting over the chubbier thighs. If you mean on the website then no, tan isn’t sold online. If you mean via Dream Choice at the Akihabara and Osaka Doll Point stores then yes, the dream choice tan period starts April and ends the end of September.
