Riesz Posted July 1, 2020 (edited) Lately I've noticed some very cute pet furniture at semi-reasonable prices and it got me wondering whether anyone has used this sort of thing for doll displays. They seem big enough for DDs but I'm not totally sure since I haven't seen them in person. Gallye Posted July 1, 2020 Judging purely by the dimensions provided on the website, I feel like they're a little too big! A nice height, sure, but too long and too deep to be a sofa - although the chaise longue would serve pretty well as a bed if you put a small pillow and some blankets on it. That being said, you could probably fake it with camera angles or extremely poofy skirts on your dolls. Riesz Posted July 6, 2020 The chaise just arrived! I'm pleased with the quality of it, the velveteen type fabric is really soft and the clear acrylic legs look great. I tested it with DDS Momo and the height is perfect for her to sit but the chaise is fairly long and wide. I'd estimate that 2-3 dolls could sit comfortably on this specific couch for a nice display. Two dolls could probably lay side by side if this is used as a bed, or one doll if throw pillows were added. I've attached a few pictures of Momo on the couch. baldylox Posted July 7, 2020 That is a king sized ( or in her case a Queen sized ) chaise! But it looks amazing! Really more detailed than I thought it would be. All she needs is a bunch of pillows with gold accents and tassles to go with it! Or you can have multiple girls relax on it at once with noone fighting for space. 😉 Billy I gave up counting the girls I own, they keep multiplying and won't stop.
