Ah, really? I always thought the heads were pretty smooth/soft like the bodies and that's why their wigs never stayed on. That's good to know though! I might try putting the stain remover on the back of one of my girl's head caps just to make sure!

If it works, let us know!  Tinyfox science haha.  The material difference between head and body is definitely more noticeable on the 1/4 scale imo.

I've had pretty good luck with Leeke wigs fitting perfectly on most of my Tinyfox 1/6 heads, and a couple wigs across random makers a bit tight but rarely loose.  If they're sliding due to being a bit large, have you tried those little velcro dots?  My Li Chun & Lizzy are the biggest wig struggle for whatever reason on size, but the sticky dots really help give that extra bit of grip.

@karvoo I think it could work. Not all siblings look alike, especially if one looks like the mother and other the father. Also thanks for liking my dolly room. If you're thinking of a 1/6 doll I say go for it. I absolutely love my Kitsune, who is 1/6 scale. I find her much easier to play with and photograph, than my 1/3 resin dolls. But either way you're going to enjoy whoever you choose.

Oooh good to know Leeke wigs fit well! I do love their default wigs though, Yi's hair in particular is so soft to the touch! I have a silicone wig cap for one of them, but those take forever to be delivered, so I'll have to get some velcro dots in the future! Thank you for the tip!

I finally got the my Tinyfox that I ordered. Excuse the nude bjd she just got here.

So I tried the benzoyl peroxide on the back of my Heer Monka's head cap for a couple days, and you were right! It seems that their heads did not have the powder coating, so good news for Lucy!

Also I finally realized why her right arm wouldn't move past her elbow when trying to pose her: both of her upper arms are left ones, the one on the right is just turned backwards 🙃 (the inner skeleton is fine, but somehow the arm shells are messed up). I don't know how I didn't realize this in the year that I've had her, I guess I was just too excited to unbox and dress her? I ended up having to cut the front of the right arm to look and function how it's supposed to, but the back of her elbows still look different. I may end up cutting the back of her good arm just so that it's symmetrical 😭

Just wanted to give everyone a PSA to check that their doll's parts are all correct when unboxing, since this is apparently a thing that can happen!

has anyone gotten their Kuroneko or Shironeko yet? im hoping to find one second hand since i missed preorders 😭

I don’t think they’ll be out until September.

HelloBirdie l am not sure what anime girl l want her to be. The anime girls that l like are Harley Quinn, Rini from sailor Moon and Moka from Rosario/vampire.

Right now l am looking for clothes for her. As for shoe's l have a pair of luts yo sd red jelly shoes that fit her perfectly.

I wanted to share my Little Fox and the eyes I made her. They’re not the final version of her eyes, I want them a deeper green and less yellowy, but they’ll do for now! I feel like Little Fox is a bit underrated but she is so cute! She was my first Tinyfox doll

She is too cute!!! I always go back and forth on Little Fox, but you’ve styled her beautifully. Where is that wig from, if I may ask?

Hey guys. I'm just getting over Covid, which was horrible. But in much happier news, Mr. Birdie says I can get Little Froggy for my Birthday in October! I'm going to order her on Wednesday, and when she arrives I'll put her aside till my Birthday. In the meantime I would love to see pictures of Froggy if you own her, please. ☺️

I'm eagerly awaiting the shipment notice of my Little Ashley, Salem, over on my end.  I've been on a furniture hunt for my doll crew and one of the chairs I intended for my 1/4 boys was a little off scale for them, so it's now going to be Salem's ridiculous oversized throne once he's here haha.  Please come soon so I can figure out your wig situation 🙏

I've finalized my doggo brothers Clary and Wren (affectionately known behind the scenes as Borkus and Bingus) with some appropriate ears, new twin digs, and a stupendous matching seat to watch the world from.

@HelloBirdie, I adore Kitsune's home! Great news that Tilly and her frog friend will be joining her soon! 😄 Either Shika or Shikako are very cute names. I'd probably go with Shika, but and it's true that the -ko suffix adds that feeling of youth and cuteness.

@karvoo, it's a really cute idea to make those two siblings! I think it would work perfectly.

@mmmuguet, I love how Clary and Wren look together! Their ears look great, and that seat is perfect for them. Adorable!

The new salamander girl is very cute! That huge syringe is a bit scary though. 😅 Love the heterochromia!

 

I never got Ashley when she released because I have a rule in this hobby where I don't buy fullest dolls unless I love every part of their design; face up, outfit, theme, etc. Her outfit is very nice but I'm just not a fan of the nun theme and she wouldn't have suited being displayed with my other dolls.

However I never forgot how much I loved her face screening. TF doesn't often incorporate different colours into their lashes and eyeliner outside of red; I only collect 1/4 scales, so I'm not familiar with their 1/6 releases for context. Ashley immediately stood out to me with her soft yellows, browns, and white accents.

Well, someone was selling her loose locally and I've finally managed to get her~
