1/6 scale vinyl TinyFox Dolls!

Hmm I didn't think to try RH stuff on mine. She is packed up or I would try it, I feel like the TF doll is quite a bit thicker. The RH stuff just about fits my Atelier Momoni girls and they are much more slender than the TF doll, but I would be curious to see the outcome 😄

Here is a photo I took the day I got my TF next to an OMG and my Atelier Momoni Mini Rei. Rei is wearing a RH outfit. This top in particular would fit the TF doll, but the skirt would be a no go. Rei is struggling in it as it is lol

There will be some pieces I am sure that will fit and maybe some others with tweaking I would think.

The girl holding the drawing is the Tiny Fox god who 'created' the other inhabitants for her village. (That's the Tiny Fox lore according to the instruction sheet that came with my Naya! XD)

Anyway, from the replies to the comments, it looks like those fox ears are detachable. Maybe they'll sell them separately?

I was hoping it would be both because the fox girl is so cute and they have sometimes brought out two at once, has there ever been photos of her before? It’s hard to tell if the has the new body or not in that photo though.

I love when dolls have cute lore though.

Well, looks like we are getting two 1/6 dolls, the fox and the frog, plus a 1/4 Alice doll~! Clover Singing just posted these teasers. They will be released on 4 November! Kind of tempted by the fox...

I am a big fan of the frog but love the dress of the fox. Very tempting.

First a Snow White and now an Alice? They are really trying to tempt my fairytale-loving ass aren't they.

I'm so tempted by these cuties... I'm new to vinyl dolls, tho, so I'm unsure about their proportions. Are they closer to, say, a resin Volks YoSD? or more like an Azone Pure Neemo? (Actually if anyone has a comparison picture of a 1/6 TinyFox and 1/6 Azone I'd send virtual cookies, hehe.)

They are YoSD/USD sized/proportioned, so they probably will fit clothes of that size. 

Also an important note about tinyfox dolls: the bodies themselves are not of the plastic skeleton and vinyl shell type you may be used to. They are actually constructed like a Barbie Made to Move or rainbow high doll, except with higher quality plastic. In order to mimic the feel of vinyl the surface is covered in a soft touch coating. IDK if soft touch coatings have improved since a decade ago but the rubber has a tendency to turn to goo when subjected to time and handling. 

I guess I need both the frog and the fox, super cute. I hope clover offers fullset.

That makes a lot of sense. I was wondering how the plastic felt so much like rubber or latex. How long does it take for them to break down like that? That's a shame.

You don't typically handle a doll like you would a computer mouse or game controller, so the doll should be fine for quite a few years. Once it does start to degrade you can remove the rubber with an all purpose cleaner like goo gone and then spray the body down with a matte sealant to restore the look.

That's good to know it's at least a fixable problem and that it'll take a while to happen, if it still does these days!

Well it seems that Kouta needs a fox friend already if they're offering blanks...😆 That is so tempting...

I think they’re up now but…according to the taobao page I can see, they’re only available in one skin tone (white) which I think was the exact same for the 1/4 bodies. I’m…kinda disappointed about this because I waited half a year to be able to get a body for the head I got but it won’t match the colour. Does anyone know if they’ve mentioned offering the other 3 colours in future…? I also really wanted to get a tan one at some point so it’ll be sad if that isn’t possible anymore either.

TinyFox has a new international site!!

So far, they only seem to be selling fullsets on it though. The Little Fox and Little Frog 1/6 fullsets are up. No sign of the 1/4 Alice yet. The other 1/4 fullsets they've released so far are also available.

And they seem to have translated '1/6' as 'six-points' (like in the description for the wigs below) as that's kind of how you say it in Chinese... 😅 Also in the wig description, 'head' is Chinese slang for 'hairstyle' in case anyone is confused.

Anyway, it looks like only Little Fox has detachable and interchangeable ears?

Edit: Clover Singing has put up listings for the three new girls: Little Fox/Fox Fairy, Little Frog/Frog little and Shirley (originally called 'Alice' in the teaser). Her prices are cheaper than the official TinyFox International site.

Wondering if I should wait and see if the bodies and eyes and stuff will go up on the new site at some point. I was gonna try to order them through clover singing but directly would be easier.

Because I apparently have little self-control, I did end up ordering a fullset Little Fox as well... 😅 

Ordered through Clover Singing/Christina. She's offering discount codes again in her newsletters. This time for $15, so I asked her for the code before ordering. She also did not charge me a PayPal fee~!

So back to waiting for three TinyFox dolls again... Also, I've just realised that the three 1/4 girls I have/am waiting for all have different breast sizes! Naya has the L chest, Snow White/Yi has the S chest and Koi-Jian has the M chest! 

I'm so excited about the new website!

Oh no I love them both!!

I just learned of these dolls the other day and I am absolutely SMITTEN!  I'm seeing if I can order the fullset little fox girl through layaway from Clover Singing as my funds are a little tight right now but I have a desperate need for her 🥺

Just out of curiosity, for anyone who ordered a fullset through Christina at Clover Singing, how long did it take to get your doll?
