Right. At this point you're fully dislocating the forearm from the bicep and just barely popping it back in for a full elbow bend.

Sorry for the delay but here's a really quick eye size test with Koimi~

 

I've used the following eyes:

• Tatiana fullset eyes: 15mm
• Kiki fullset eyes: 15mm
• Custom Etsy eyes: 16mm

I find the 16s feel the most comfy and snug, but all work great. (´｡• ω •｡`) ♡

 

And here's a shot of the eye pickets I was talking about. They prevent using oversized eyes.

Came here to post about this too! She's coming out on the 19th this month. Her name is Debbie.

The penguin pictures are cute. Personally - especially seeing those cute expressions in the illustrations - I find her face up a bit boring though 😅

I got my 1/6 bunny girl today and she is super cute. However her body and head have quite a different in color O.o

I git her in normal skin. 

Her head is more pink and the body more yellow. I can't say I appreciate such a difference in head to body color for a Doll from the same company and same batch..

I had time today to check my Martha and adjust her wobbly bust a bit. Her body is casted a lot worse than my Koimi. Several holes and chips

The one hand is especially bad. Not only holes on one side but a black dot that seems to be inside the material (no, not a stain). 

I think I will contact newcloversinging about the hand. Maybe I can get (or buy) another one.

I don't think tinyfox will give me a whole body, since the dolls are so cheap, which means it's probably acceptable to have issues. But that hand definitely bothers me.

They kinda went crazy on releasing a bunch of dolls in a short amount of time, not totally surprised the quality faltered a bit. Hopefully they'll slow down and refocus. 

My dolls have most of the same issues. No seams, but lots of casting dots like in your photos. The hands especially.

That would be good. My Koimi is no way that bad. I compared both girls naked and it is obvious the quality has dropped.

I am sorry to hear that. I hope it gets better again. I was happy with the quality of my Koimi, in the end it is a cheap doll and of course that means it's not "perfect" but the drop in quality is not nice. 

Some of my holes have kind of a different material color beneath, which makes them more visible >_< very strange 

My 1/6 bunnys body looks a lot better, interestingly.

That is interesting! I wish I had one of the old generation 1/6 bodies to compare. I think I'm going to grab a nude Bunny with a face-up alongside Debbie.

But @monkeypizzasonic makes an interesting point, they've been consistently bringing out new releases and a lot of different body versions across both scales, I could see that affecting production. I haven't noticed changes in the fullset clothing sets at least, actually I'd even say Tatiana's fullset is just as detailed at Yi's (or more?) who are 1.5 years apart or so? Small silver lining. ( ´ ω ` )

Whoops I bought a penguin. 🤣 There was a discount on her so she ended up just over 2000 yen cheaper than Candy was. Hopefully her box can avoid being crushed too.

From 0 girls to 2 in like a month. I worry I've opened some horrible gate here.

Proud of myself for resisting the lucky bag Tinyfox put up though. Looked like a decent deal but I like my girls' defaults too much (shoes would be nice though).

The legs disassemble at the hip joint. Like the arms, pull firmly and slowly. I was able to easily remove her left leg but I gave up on the right. I was worried I might damage her. I'd like to try another doll when I open them to see if this is normal.

To firmly reattach, make sure you hear that final firm pop.

 

Similarly I found a difference in her knees. Her left knee  has a second joint if you pull it out slightly: see the top knee in the photo.

 

It also allows that knee to bend more, like the elbows. But it will not come out completely like the arms do. It's possible the thigh and shin might disassemble, but again, I'm worried about damage and didn't want to force it. I'd be happy to know if someone else was able to.

 

I'd like to test another 1/4 scale doll to see if both these differences from left to right leg are consistent.

Also, these socks from Koimi's fullset are a pain to get on so I didn't remove them to test the ankles. I'll add that to the second test.

Oooo I'm excited to see the 1/4 boys! I've always considered getting a boy doll for those cute antique schoolboy outfits I always see resin bjd in, but could never find an affordable one with a face I liked.

Btw has there been any updates on the Macoco Pepper doll? The one with the clown outfit? I feel like it's been quite a while since she was announced...I wanna see what her face looks like!

Mine have those too, additional to the holes I took pictures of. Would be great if tinyfox could improve that a bit.

Not yet, but I'm thinking she may be soon since they've announced one other 1/4 doll and one 1/6 since Meiling.

There it is, just as the prophecy foretold! I've heard about the double jointed knee, but somehow never saw a picture of it until now 😂 thank you for that! 
I certainly hope they improve on the mold spots, but with how they've been pumping out dolls, they might not have a whole lot of time to fix these issues..

That's so fast, I got my Martha only a few day ago, and the 1/6 bunny too. 

I hope her body has better quality than Marthas, they really push their releases out too fast. I am a bit nervous. 

 

Other question; have others received additional hands with their 1/4 girls too? 

I did not get any with Koimi, but Martha had a pair. They don't really fit her look, they look like party-hands from Kiki or something like that. I would have loved some holding hands, for a cookie, since she has that open mouth. But hey, free random hands I guess

You are thinking of the "sign of the horns", however, these hands are doing a fox sign! You can see it in various anime/manga and games! 

I thought Tinyfox shipped all their 1/4 girls with an extra pair of fox hands as a nod to.. well, their own brand name 'Tinyfox' and I thought it was a very cute touch, even if the hands themselves aren't very versatile 🤭
