Dolls out at a new local park! Photo heavy

I took these photos a few months ago and forgot to post them!  

 

There's a new county park right down the road from my house so a doll buddy from Charlotte and I decided to head out there and do some photos.  It was nice at the start but after a few hours, the heat started picking up so we decided to head out of there after a few hours.  Luckily we were able to get some really nice photos before we left.

 

There's a nice paved walking path throughout the park and it's wide enough to ride bikes on too.

I brought my Sheryl Nome out since she had yet to go anywhere since I bought her.  She likes the Mori style outfits so she's got that going on this time.

After going thru the woods for a while the path turns into a dock that crosses the marsh.

There was a large area to rest in the shade so Sheryl took advantage of it before crossing the marsh.

The big bridge in the background is Limehouse Bridge, one of only 2 ways on and off the island I live on.

The smallest island in the park was thick with cypress trees so it was nice and shady with only peeeks of sunshine coming thru.

There is evidence of flooding and storms out here on these islands closest to the river.  It's what we all get used to living on sea islands near the ocean.

After that we packed it in and went home for lunch and cold drinks.  The girls took a long nap.  LOL

This is a great photo set! I think my favorite shot is the one with Sheryl perched up in the tree, but there are so many here that I quite enjoyed.

 

Her outfit definitely suited these forest and marsh scenes! Seems like they all had a big day!

 

 

I don't know too much about photography but the way you got those angles, combining lights and awesome environments along with the unique and recognizable beauty of Sheryl, make her even prettier. You made me want to admire my Sheryl for hours. Nice photos!!

Lovely photos! I love seeing other doll's adventures but feel guilty mine haven't gotten any for months.

That's such a beautiful place, the greenery makes an amazing background! Sheryl's outfit is so pretty, she looks at home in all the nature😊

Oh wow, thank you so very much for the wonderful compliments!  I really appreciate it!  I think Sheryl is one of the most beautiful DD girls out there.  Everything about her is just gorgeous, especially those eyes!

Thank you!  I like seeing others adventures too.  You should definitely try and get yours out and about soon!  Even if it's just into the backyard or something the girls will appreciate it.

Thank you!  I agree that the park is pretty nice.  And her outfit is really nice too.  I like the Mori style a lot and I think it's a good fit for Sheryls look as well.  She will probably continue wearing thing slike this in the future... unless she tells me different.  😄
