Cracked Neckhole - Customer Support?

After two months of waiting, I finally received my first Dollfie today. Hooray! DDS Karin is absolutely stunning and I can't wait to get more outfits for her.

However, while checking her I quickly discovered that she has two cracks around her neck hole, similar to the damage some of the 2B's from others on this forum had. Both cracks reach about halfway through the vinyl. Removing her head and putting it back on makes me very worried now, especially since I'm a first-time owner that has bad anxiety issues.

I already contacted Volks' Customer Support with an email containing photos and a description of my problem. I am worried that they won't be able/willing to help me though, partially because I am from Europe and shipping is problematic at the moment.

Have you dealt with their Customer Service before? If yes, would you mind telling me a little about how everything went down?

All I can really tell you is that they may take 2 - 3 days to respond.

When I have an estimate of how long I'll have to wait, I won't have the urge to check my mails every 15 minutes~
