Recommended Posts

Rumi

Im just curious how this works. If i choose to click the cancel order button, will my money be refunded instantly or does it take a while to process? I used paypal.

You probably will have to wait a few days for any kind of refund. Dunno how the automated cancellation system works, but Id imagine a paypal refund will still have to be manually done so there is the human element to think of.

If its a preorder or something else, thats in the "In shipping process" state, despite you know they dont have the item at hand, you can still send a manual request through the one of the contact forms, but again expect some time for a reply.

Also one thing worthy of note is that japanese companies dont generally take too well to cancellations, so it might end up as a strike on your account, depending on the order they wont immediately throw the banhammer, but something to keep in mind.

Some products specify that the orders can’t be cancelled. Usually these are things like lottery items and special event items.

The difference between Dollfie Dreams and Heroin? Heroin is illegal, Dollfie Dreams probably should be.

“Empty wallets, full hearts.” That’s probably an apt description for the effects of DD addiction

Thanks guys. Apparently the item i ordered is ready for shipment so i cant cancel it anyway. I wanted to order through a friendshop to avoid having customs charge me again -.-’’ maybe next time.

aah, forgot about the friendship stores ... they seem to have gotten their act to a bit more sensible level, with VAT/GST (was it moms for you in sweden) included prices now which make comparing easier. (I think the now defunct danish store had tax free prices, which they werent really clear about)

though depending on what you got, after all extra payments it might just be an annoyance, plus a longer transit time.
