Volks International questions about shipping address and customer support

Hi, fellow doll enthusiasts!

I have never before placed an order on the Volks International webstore. If/when I order, though, I want to be ready, which brings me to these questions:

1. Where do I input my address? I see fields for city and zip code, but what about my street name and house number? I filled out the member info and entered order info for an item I added to my cart, but I didn't see street name and house number fields. Does this info go into the "Building, apartment name" field instead?

2. Does Volks have a policy for if an item goes missing in the mail? Will I be able to communicate with a customer support person in English if something goes awry?

After the website was redone Volks put my full address in the city address.

My zip code is in the building / appartment name field. For some reason credit card processing doesn't work for some people if the zip is in the zip code field.

They do have staff who communicate in English. It can take a few days for a reply.
