I tend to prefer the Blue Label line, because I like dressing them in street clothing.

I also like the Black Label, Tenshi-no-Koromo, and White Rose Collection lines.

The Designer Collection is great for my SD, but the fits are too hit and miss for DD

The difference between Dollfie Dreams and Heroin? Heroin is illegal, Dollfie Dreams probably should be.

“Empty wallets, full hearts.” That’s probably an apt description for the effects of DD addiction

I love them all and probably have multiple representatives from each line in my doll clothes drawer, but pink label has to be my favorite. I’m a sucker for frilly and/or floaty dresses!

I'm a sucker for the Designer's Collection. I have like. . . 2 licensed outfits, 4 default outfits, 1 Tenshi no Koromo, and the other like 6 Volks outfits I have are all Designer's Collection. My wish list is even more dominated by Designer's Collection.

My favorite Volks outfit that I own is probably Gear Accent Red, though there's some chance that the white tux I just ordered might dethrone it.

My favorite on my wish list is Steam Signal Red. Great silhouette, gorgeous corset, hits all my Steampunk weaknesses. . . but I see it so rarely it may as well be a ghost.

I also covet Fate's black Enforcer uniform, but whenever it includes the wig it goes for like $250-$300 and I havent quite been able to make myself pay an entire body's worth for it.

I’m fan of Designer's Collection. Especially their steampunk inspired but also the vintage fashion styles. I own clothes of every product lines but the most memorable ones are DC for me.

I get most of my Volks clothes secondhand, so I honestly don't know offhand which clothing lines make up the majority of my collection! I want to say I have mostly Tenshi-no-Koromo, but I can't say with 100% certainty.

I like the Blue Label for its basic individual articles, such as jeans, skirts, socks, and whatnot, so you can mix and match. But for the more dressier outfits, I find myself adding Tenshi no Koromo to my wishlist the most! I would love Black Label a little more because I'm really into the spiffy and dapper stuff, but they're only suitable with larger bust DD, and I'm the kind of weirdo who, on the very first time taking my DD out of her box, swapped her medium bust for an SS bust. And not to mention Black Label lives up to its name, they all look like stain monsters.

But Checkmate Elegant set is so pretty though, maybe I might have a change of heart...

@Friendlily pffft ain't nothin' wrong with SS! Bev was planned to have S, and got immediately got swapped.( And I've been thinking I want to move her to a DD with SS,instead of her current DDS with S bust)

As for favorite outfits from Volks- I have been really impressed with the Blue Label Items, with a single exception- /the nurse outfit skirt/ The fit is cute, looks really great...but I am so fussy about finishes and I do not understand why the bottom snap sewing is visible from the back. Otherwise I would of said that is my favorite outfit set, because it is honestly so stellar. They really paid attention to the fabric selection to have it look in scale, even the weight/sheerness of the stockings. Don't even get me started on the texture and delicate details of the shirt! The slightly raised white stripes are lovely.

Of we what to talk about specific peices- those blue label jeans are sort of a "must have" for mix and matching potential.

The Senbonzakura Miku outfit is all pretty up there, a really nice and faithful reacreation.

Hmm, it's hard for me to pick a specific Volks line that I like, because the outfits that I own are scattered across several of the brands. I like casual clothes, fantasy outfits, idol style outfits, and particularly traditional Japanese style outfits or Japanese fusion outfits. If I had to pick one line I'd say Tenchi no Koromo, but only because the fit is usually the best on DDs with that line. My absolute favorite single outfit is the Rusty Tartan Dress Set, which is one of the first I ever bought. As a set it belongs to my Akira, who likes to wear idol style outfits, but there are so many versatile pieces in that set that can be used combined with other outfits, particularly the white skirt. Liking so many different fashions that don't look good on me or I wouldn't have a reason to wear in real life is how I ended up with so many dolls. They each look best in a particular style, so I have many dolls with a few outfits each rather than a few dolls with many outfits each.

Mildly off topic, but I feel similarly! I only have 3 dolls, but each has heir own unique style and allows me to experiment with fashion that I personally would never wear for a variety of reasons. I'm hoping to eventually get a 4th doll, as I am dying to play around with a male doll that wears extremely fitted neon clothing lol.

That’s a good point I hadn’t thought of- MY favorite collection might be pink label, but my different dolls do have different styles. One pretty much exclusively wears designer collection, and I prefer blue label for boy clothes. Like you @Jezrah I’m totally guilty of buying my dolls clothes that I would have no reason to wear in real life.

That’s a big part of the fun. All my dolls are girls, so almost all of the clothes are stuff I wouldn’t wear. The only exceptions are tuxedos, jeans and shirts.

It can be fun picking out girls outfits, and then mixing and matching them, but no real girl in her right mind would let me pick her outfits out. XD

Dolls are so patient and forgiving.

While I own clothes from all the collections (I only have a few pink label, though) I find myself more and more attached to the Black Label. They're mostly very elegant and classy outfits, but I try to liven them up a bit.

My job requires me to dress up in courtroom attire every single day, so I've gotten into purchasing clothing that is elegant, classy, are quality clothing that fit the body, and not too garish. Basically I try to dress like an Italian with their seemingly effortless sprezzatura. I may be unconsciously extending that La Bella Figura to my girls.

I like black label stuff and some tenshi-no-koromo things. But ultimately I just buy stuff that catches my eye.

I think a lot of the Volks sets give you bang for your buck because you can mix and match multiple parts.
It's a little agonizing buying separate pieces from other shops because an entire ensemble can add up fa$t!

I try to dress my dolls in clothes that I like seeing, but ultimately wouldn't wear. (I pretty much wear holey tshirts and basketball shorts).

I think my favourite outfit sets are the Volks collaborations with designers like Baby the Stars Shine Bright & h.Naoto. If I had to narrow it down, I think the elements.H plaid suit set is my #1 fav set. I'm a sucker for plaid, suits and that touch of punk style. My second fav at the the moment is the Herbalist girl set, it has a lot of mix&match potential and I love the colours and style.

My favourite lines are Designer's Collection & Tenshi no Koromo. I flip flop between wanting a more tailored look and something cute and cheerful. I try to strike a balance between buying really nice outfit sets and outfit sets with things I want for items to mix and match with.

I recently got into collecting more modern-looking/streetwear stuff and I'm liking Blue Label and bits and pieces of Black Label. My favorite line is probably Designer's Collection. I love quite a lot of the vintage clothing they have.

If we're talking about a specific outfit, my favorite are the SD Boy's Dormitory uniforms (Rigel and Michele). It's nothing too deep, I'm just a sucker for sailor themed clothing. It's also much nicer and premium looking in person minus the gartered socks that are stain monsters.

Most of the Volks outfits I own are Tenchi-no-Koromo ones.  I tend to be most drawn towards those in part because of the use of DD models, since the Super Dollfie lines don't really fit my preferences for resin dolls.  It has both casual outfits and fantasy anime costumes, so that covers most of what I want.  I do really like the Designer's Collection fantasy or steampunk costumes, but none of my dolls' have that as their usual style, so it's harder to justify the cost.

I would have to say Tenchi-no-Koromo too. That collection gives me the same vibes as the anime stuff I grew up with in the early 2000's. It was a very pleasant and happy time of my life, so the colors and styles give me a warm nostalgic feeling. Right now I have a doll wearing the Tenchi-no-Koromo Cache-Coeur Dress Set (link to the myfigurecollection entry) sitting on my desk. It's just a very cozy and wholesome look to welcome in the Fall. 🍂🍄 Of course, all the collections have beautiful pieces and they come out with more each month it seems. It's definitely why I plan on keeping my dollfie dreams for a long time (and trying to find resins who will fit in those clothes haha).

I only have this Volks set but I was dreaming about getting it when I saw it on a D'Coord (that looks very familiar to my doll because I was inspired ^^)

I'd say the ones I want the most now are the candy hoodie set

And the Yume kyun one but it might be because it's modeled by neko Ribbon and I love her
