Kotone Posted September 16, 2020 (edited) it's not resin, you can see by the body and hands that it's a Volks Mini Dollfie Dream. The head is a modded DDH10, likely. The shape of the chin is similar to DWC01 but judging by the ear sculpt it's DDH10 for sure. It's really popular to sand the mouth off of DDH10 and DDH01 (among other sculpts) like this to make unique customs.
