Orenjiina Posted September 23, 2020 Hi there! I’m Jiina and I’m fairly new to vinyl dolls. I only just got into collecting dolls last year and I just can’t seem to stay away now. I have several BJDs I have one Dollfie Dream (9S Nier Automata Collaboration) and Azone Hybrid Active 1/3 (Kaname Madoka) so far but I am now looking at getting a MDD just because I think I will appreciate the size better. It’s nice to not be alone. I’m actually not too sure. I had found a secondhand one on a semi-white DD f3 body in an auction and it had a custom DDH-01 head and i was just like this is destiny. But then the seller cancelled it or so my proxy said. It was a bit heartbreaking. I was thinking about exploring the Dollfie Dream Full Choice system. The new faces are very cute but I don’t know if I want a mochi ashi body. How about you? What vinyl dolls are you interested in? I hope you can find something similar someday. I have a Pipos Mariko and a couple smaller Obitsu. I'm just thinking a DD Liliru for now; it's the standard model on the site right now and I'm really just in the mood to open something and play with it right outside of the box. The full choice system is so tempting but so expensive…. That's the type of thing you make your boyfriend buy you to prove his love--lmao! What would you go with? No problem! Orenjiina Posted October 1, 2020 Thank you so much for replying! Yes, it was really sad but maybe it was okay. It gave me a chance to do a bit more research. That makes sense, especially since customization can take a while until you get a doll finished and settled in. The DD standard dolls are very cute too! I like the DDP girls but I think I like the MDD size better. The full choice system is very expensive. Plus it’s even more expensive to get a proxy to do it for you. I figure it’s a present for me since I just got a promotion at work! I’d feel to frivolous asking my boyfriend for one. XD Maybe for my next doll! 😉 I hope you are doing well!
