Not quite an angel, not quite a devil. After Hunters, I also waddled through Good omens ... which was quite brilliant, besides the abundance of Queen I Especially enjoyed Crowley driving a Bentley for some reason, and naturally had to feature it somehow in a photo set. Thus I pulled Melty from the shelf, stuck on a hotch-potch bookworm setup, and made a miniature prop book to go with it... About half of these were already shown in the arrival post, so a bit of a recap in that sense... I wanted to take more pictuers, but I suffered from a personal system malfunction, and since the feet were too much to deal with at the same time, so this is what I was left with... nano000nano001nano002nano003nano004nano005nano006nano007nano008nano009 Altered Nanoha. So like I already mentioned in the arrival thread with poofiemus, Nanoha's original eyes are a bit .. quirky to say the least, so immediately I decided to try a pair of eyes that had followed my custom DDH02 elf head back in the day. not ideal, but a little less quirky ... also yes, Black and Gold are Fate's colors, but this is the missing third long black azone china dress I finally had gotten and the itch was too great not to use it. Mashiro's default wig was used to get a near enough untied outlook for the hair... nano011nano012nano013nano014nano015nano016nano017nano018nano019nano020nano021nano022nano023nano024nano025nano026nano027nano028 SanKyuu day special... It'd been awhile since I had last taken photo's of the old klunky diva... I had actually though of taking Snowy out for this, but since it was nearing the whole 3.9 thing (or is it 9.3 and this whole thing was moot... oh well), So I went with old teal in the pink marshmallow outfit that came along with Nanoha...which turned out to support superflat quite well despite being before its time. Lighting is again a bit hit and miss, due to learning to use my big light fixtures again... and not finding a replacement for one of the cheap desktop lights I had broken. miku108miku109miku110miku111miku112miku113miku114miku115miku116miku117miku118miku119miku120miku121miku122miku123miku124 Discount sweet magic... Following Miku, I guess it was finally time to let Rin out of the doghouse after breaking one of the little chairs I had made, now that awhile back I managed to serial produce them... One of my favorite songs in Diva Future tone is Junky's Sweet magic, so putting rin in the Sugar milk cookie set seemed a close enough approximation to that, despite being a totally different palette... The outfit is a bit too big for her as to be expected, but not in a catastrophic way. rin042rin043rin044rin045rin046rin047rin048rin049rin050rin051rin052rin053rin054rin055rin056rin057 Casual wooly Deko I sort of realized that in the recent few years, pretty much everybody else in my mini line of ladies had gotten to use Iori's DDP... except Iori herself... Time to rectify that with some random Azone 50cm bits and bobs. Namely the offwhite sweater (from the Camisole/sweater combo set), and the grey wooly sweater set, where I used the sleeve's as leg warmers, that are maybe a bit too tight... but eh, could be worse. finnleo Posted September 28, 2020 Thank you very many. @amoretto yea, melty has always been a bit of a favorite mine because of those reasons -- a nice universal player of sorts. @beani mmm, well ... the posing bit is starting to cause minor neurotic behaviours as in "Did I already do this, did I do that, when did I last use that ...", etc ... and occasionally taxing to the ladies, like after Iori's last photo in this set, I thought about making one more pose, and the body just spontaniously popped into four pieces in one turn... so I though, ok enough for today. finnleo Posted September 30, 2020 Thanks @sunnie Well the posing is a results of years of practice, and trying to constantly come up with new ideas.... and pondering nefarious thoughts of stealing other people's ideas .... but as a quick tip ... give the hands something to do. @thewhiterabbit mm, this is only the fifth time i've had her out, three times in her default wig, once in a titanium blonde bob, but this set is something that I personally find quite appealing despite the tomboyish rough and tumble hairdo.
