Gabihime Posted September 27, 2020 I’m wondering if anyone has put together a link list of the different companies producing resin cast anime styled heads as part of their standard lineups. I’m interested from a hybirdizing angle, but also because there seem to be a lot of really cute 1/4 and 1/6 scale ani dolls now too. I think it would be a good resource for people just trying to decide which head to get if they’re making a resin on vinyl doll, regardless of the compatible resin bodies. I’ve been pinning things so I don’t lose them, but I think if we put together the collective brain of anime doll fans, fewer things would slip through the cracks. If there already is a resource like this, then awesome! Sorry I missed it! If not, uh, I guess I’m just asking “tell me all the resin anime head makers that you know” lol. monkeypizzasonic Posted September 27, 2020 YES LISTS I'M GOOD AT THOSE - 2D doll has a lot of anime sculpts in all sizes - Aimerai has some 1/6 and 1/4 - Dikadoll has a few MSD ones - Lichun, Matcha and Winter Solstice - Dollpamm has their Moe line - Dollzone has some 1/6 (though a lot of them have been discontinued) - Doll Legend 1/4 Suxi - Myou Doll just came out with a new 1/4 anime line - Xagadoll has anime tinies And of course there's also Dollce and SQL Labs. Just out of curiosity, do you know if SQ is still making heads? I feel like I remember people being concerned about them being radio silent. I hope they are. I do follow them on Facebook. I mean I guess I could always hunt aftermarket. I just love that Tsubaki mold. I’m really exited to look through all these other molds and dolls though. It’s like Christmas.
