You've totally drawn her with the normal bust. Shapely is more an invisible push up bra vibe, tbh, and that can sometimes feel weird in more casual clothes. 

I feel like the 16 is closer, because of the eye shape.

Yeah, I'd go with DDH-16. Even though the delivery date is somewhere in the middle on January, It would still be worth it. For the bust I'd probably do the M Bust.
