puxlavoix Posted November 11, 2020 Hello!Some of you may know me and most of you certainly don't.I've been a member since back in the days of the dollfiedreams forum and currently finding my way back into the hobby again I currently don't own any DDs and haven't have for the past 3+ years since I had to let them all go due to you know... life. At that time when I gave up my last doll and accessories I thought I'd never look back and although sometimes bumped into pics from my beloved Lily,Tamaki and others' dolls (mainly while doing data backups), I was certain my dollie days were behind me. I was around a while ago just right after the migration to the new site (BTW, awesome job Averis!!) but I didn't quite ignite the flame in me and that was it for me.But then again those pics kinda like to linger in your head and mess with you lol So, for the last six or so months I've been on and off checking on the prices of Lily and Tamaki and while I wasn't absolutely certain I wanted to get back into the hobby I liked to do a little stalking on ebay and mandarake fantasing about what would be... always meant to start saving but for one reason or another never actually did.And so yesterday was the day I took the plunge and cave in, went online found Tamaki at Mandarake and did it! Or maybe even worse someone who doesn't even know what or who she es just decides to steal her just because she's a big doll? I always have this fear that someone will steal a doll package. I always think someday someone will mistake the JP yen price for USD and think its worth allot more money😄 I still remember when I got Sasara, the mail person just left her outside my apartment door😑 Lucky for me I lived close to work, and just happened to go home for lunch that day. I nearly went for a DDS but in the end went for DDDy Towa as I love her facial expression and being a basic model it's been fun getting other outfits for her. Your girl has such a cute expression on her face. So she’s worth all the money spent on her! I also had to pay a lot for delivery and additional funds at customs.
