Doll faceup

Hello everyone I'm new to DD community i was planing on getting MDD doll (customized one,)

So my questions are can and DD head be put on MDD head? 

Also I saw some amazing heads with make ups and I really want to buy  one so 

Does anyone know where can I get one? Or someone who does face up?

DD and MDD use basically the same heads, so it should work fine. Some head and body combinations might look odd, like a more mature head on an MDD body, but that’s a matter of personal taste as well.
