Ageha Posted January 24, 2021 (edited) After finally deciding to bring home a DDH-09 in late November, this week she finally arrived! I commissioned the incredibly talented @InMoreShines through Etsy, who was so sweet and communicative throughout the whole process ^^ I'm more of a collector of resin BJDs, so it was quite nerve-wracking to bring home a DD... I wasn't sure how I'd feel, and was terrified of having trouble bonding with her. But she is here and she is so lovely! Here is my girl, Chiyuki! Her name is written 千由希. The characters are "Thousand" - "Reason" - "Hope" so together it is "A Thousand Reasons to Hope" Because she arrived so quickly after shipping, she was still waiting on a proper wig, so day 1 she had to borrow a wig from one of my resin boys. Not quite the right look for her, but better than being bald for a few days 3 days later, I was finally able to head over to my irl BFF @Yushimi's place, so that my Chiyuki could meet her girl, also named Yushimi [DD Beatrice] 😄 they are characters from the same "world," so their meeting was necessary to complete the circle pretty 90's girls and Chiyu's second wig, from Nine9 Style, arrived the same day! Looking a little better, though not quite her look, but it's a start! looking cuter every hour though...! Actually, I returned to my friend's place the next day, and by then yet another wig from LeekeWorld for Chiyu had arrived! Looking like a princess with these lovely locks!
