Question about changing country on the Volks site.

So I have a new address which is in another country. I can change everything on the account information page except for the country. Can I just mail them with the request to change it? Or should I make a new account? (I don't want them to block me for having multiple accounts). 

I would definitely email them about this first. I had to change my country a few years back and it worked fine, but that was before the site overhaul I think.
