Volks Japan Site Delays?

Is anyone else experiencing delays from the volks japan site? I've submitted two customer service requests so far (one address change middle of last month, one follow-up a couple of days ago) and haven't received an answer to either.

 

I placed my last order on the 22nd of last month of things that were all in-stock, just wondering if they're having an especially long lead time lately,

Early last month there was a warning on the site about shipping being severely backed up, so that’s probably ongoing. I’m not sure about support replies but I hope they get back to you soon because that’s a really long time.

I’m still waiting on an order from late November myself. They’re made to order limited SD hands only available via an order form that came with a doll, so not a regular in-stock order, but a friend who also ordered had them ship in late December, so I’m sure the current delays are still affecting it. 

 

EDIT: I just now got the shipping email from those hands. Good things come to those who wait and all - I hope you get good news soon too.

I just got a shipping notification too thank goodness, it doesn't look like they changed my shipping address though so I hope it doesn't get sent back 😬

I'm still waiting on an order from January 23rd. I guess just gotta wait >.<
