Does anyone know if the new Snow Miku outfit is made of a new material?

I'm strongly considering preordering Snow Miku, but I'm wondering if it's been stated anywhere whether they changed the materials used for her boots and sleeves.

Also, is it likely that Volks will rerelease Sakura Miku this year as well? And if they did, around when would it be? Sakura Miku is graaaaiiilll and if she were to pop up soon I'd rather wait and get her instead.

I don’t think likely that Sakura Miku will be rereleased any time soon... especially because she only came out in 2019. There are 3 main reasons that Snow Miku was rereleased, 1 is that Volks seem committed to making each years Snow Miku costume so a rerelease makes it easier to sell those. 2 is that recently Snow Miku has been counterfeited. And 3 is just so that she can be on the new f3 body. 
As for Sakura Miku, none of those 3 points apply - she’s not a whole thing attached to a major festival with new outfits every year like snow Miku is, hasn’t been counterfeited and was already on the f3 frame.

I don’t know if Volks have said anything about a change in material. So far the only major difference I noticed, besides the new frame, is that this time the 01 symbol on Miku’s upper arm is directly printed onto the vinyl - whereas previously (and on OG Miku as well, plus apparently also the og Miku Reboot) it’s a decal you have to put on yourself (or choose not to, I never bothered putting mine on Rin...)
