Cyborg_Catgirl Posted March 17, 2021 Hi! I have recently bought a custom DD head with flesh skin tone that requires a new body. DD Head The character will be a boy so I have been looking at the 50cm Parabox boy doll for the body. Parabox body There is only one skin tone option for Parabox dolls, so I was just wondering if anyone has any experience with them and how close the skin tone is to a Flesh DD head? They don't have to be exact but are they close enough that it's not super obvious? Thanks for your help!
Poofiemus Posted March 17, 2021 Parabox uses Obitsu skeletons and Obitsu skin tones. Obitsu white/whitey is the closest to DD normal/flesh. There's a small difference, with DD flesh being a wee bit pinker, but it's unoticable in most lighting conditions. 1 In this household, sanity is considered a tresspasser. Cydril Posted March 17, 2021 (edited) Obitsu whitey is just about smack dab in the middle of the colors for DD's. Its a little darker and yellower than semi white, and lighter than flesh. But, i think the match is decent enough to use with either one if you arent super picky. Sorry I dont have a great photo offhand, but the boy is flesh skin and the the two girls on the left are semi-white. Theyre all on Obitsu bodies. The girl on the right is Obitsu head and torso on MDD flesh body Edited March 17, 2021 by Cydril 1
milessqueak Posted March 18, 2021 The Obitsu bodies are a real close match for Volks' Flesh tone! My fiancee has a DD head on an Obitsu 40, and if you get a Volks body suit in flesh to fit it, the color difference is basically unnoticeable.
