Liquitex Matte sealant

Hi, does anyone have experience with this Liquitex Matte sealant and acrylic paint? I have used it before, but only for "normal" faceup (paint around the eyes). 

Looking at that new Smart Doll Kabuki faceup, I would like to try something like that, but am afraid that the darker acrylic paint might stain the vinyl across the face. 

(I usually dab the sealant on with a makeup sponge... Mister Super Clear is nicer, but cracks faster and it's problematic in the humidity) 

Isn't this sealant a spray, just like MSC? I personally don't have experience with Liquitex, but I heard it works well on vinyl. 

As I have experienced a bit of issues with MSC, I'll probably go for the UV cut formula, which is apparently the best option to use on DD heads.

Thanks for the reply! No, it is a liquid sealant, brush-on mostly, but I use a make-up sponge for dabbing. 

MSC works great as a base, but often "cracks" if you so much as squeeze the head while removing it 😭

Eh, I'll just try it 😁 if the acrylic stains, I'll just have to keep kumadori style faces for that head...
