juni-fee Posted May 26, 2021 (edited) One of the reasons I've finally chosen to get into Dollfies is due to their anime style and how they'd be perfect for my magical girl stories. I've been addicted to the magical girl maker, Glitter Cure, from Doll Divine and have made a number of characters, three of which I plan to turn into Dollfies. Meet Hope, Fate, and Dream, the magical idol group. I specifically made the one in pink (Hope) to look like DDS Karin as she'll be my first Dollfie. Eventually, once I get settled, (and recoup some funds from my initial purchase 😂) I plan on commissioning someone to make Hope's outfit. I might change up the color scheme for the blonde (Dream) but I'm not certain yet. Possibly a pastel green or lighter purple... I'd love to hear people's thoughts! It's been a while since I've thought about this as I still haven't managed to get my dollfie (other expenses came first) but I can sure start to explain things! In regards to fighting, they do a bit of both! Their magical items are their microphones that turn into weapons. Hope's turns into a scythe while Dream's turns into a shield and Fate's turns into a staff (like a healer). I have a whole discord dedicated to my own notes on my magical girl characters (I actually have a good number of them ^^; ) and I think I might revamp some things. But! Here's the gist of my notes: Their civilian names are Momo and Aika whereas their idol/magical girl names are Hope and Dream. Eventually, there's a third member, who goes by the idol name Fate. The general plot is that the girl Fate, a fairy from the "other world," has learned of some devious plan to wipe out the Fae Royal Family and she must seek protection and aid to save them. She's drawn to the songs of Momo and Aika and senses within them a familiar power and appeals to them for aid, offering them the abilities to fight. While Aika is skeptical at first, Momo loves fairy stories and thinks that it'll be like the ones she heard as a kid, little does she know of the actual dangers involved (Aika sets her straight at one point though). Their magic comes from within/their songs and the adoration of their fans. The more fans and more love they have, the more power they have at a given time so concerts are very important (think like Santa and belief). The three girls then have to balance idol work, school, and defeating those set out to destroy the Royal Family. A very simple plot, if you will, but I still kind of like it even though I'm probably going to change things about it a million times over before it actually gets properly written out 😆 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I'm actually starting to think now, after doing a little more searching through the forum here, that I might make Fate a MDD or Obitsu40.
