DD Festival 2021 Photo Competition

I saw that this year the DD Festival photo competition is going to be open to GL members as well as the local members.  There are a lot of talented people on this board who take amazing pictures, so I was curious if anybody would be entering!  Good luck if you do! 

I entered last year but didn't win anything.

That said, there's no harm in giving it another try this year.

was a bit curious of the theme, as google autotranslated it into "favorite" ... though isnt okiniri sort of also like "Intrigueing" or "Of intrest"?

oh well.. prizes are a bit scarce, with the 5000 yen main, and the shop runners favorites at 3000, and one of each, with photoshopped (You do not one-legged stand a DD like that without shinenegans) entries in the examples, so best of luck... heh.

Yeah, depending on context I’d say okiniiri can also be translate as interest - like

 

what doll are you interested in?

Could be translated as

donna ningyou wo ki ni irimasuka

 

(Among many alternatives, just like if you translated that sentence to English it could just as easily be written as, “what doll is your favorite?” haha)

 

overall, reading it, I’d say it is a very, very broad theme that basically means you can submit a picture of anything lol
