abs2891 Posted June 25, 2021 (edited) You don’t need to have the global membership to shop on the Japanese site in general, but for certain releases, like the recent doll preorders, only those who have a global membership (or for those in Japan a local membership) can buy. The order page for the global membership is here: https://dollfie.ec.volks.co.jp/category/D_MEMBERS/2300000061208.html If something is limited to members, they generally tell you in advance so you have time to get the membership before ordering begins. The other perks for global members right now are pretty minimal so depending on how much you intend to shop on the Japan store it may be better to just wait until you need it.
