I would liken Clover singing more to like a taobao agent than a dealer, since most of the shops they sell from dont list them as a dealer. Ive ordered from them several times over the years and never had a problem. The free shipping they offer is Yu-pack, so opt for an upgrade to DHL if you like reliable tracking.
