Questions about Mochiashi feet and legs

Sorry if this has already been asked before!

1. What are the dimensions (including the circumference) of the feet and legs? (Volks USA’s site only lists the length of the whole leg, which has me a little less informed than I’d like.)

2. Should I purchase SD sized socks and shoes or looser MSD/regular MSD socks and shoes and hope for the best?

3. Would it be worth it to purchase regular MDD feet parts as well if SD shoes don’t fit right in terms of proportions ? (Though the only problem I’d have is buying tan MDD feet…)

Volks shoes should list which dolls they fit. Mochi Ashi uses both SD and MSD shoes, but not all of each type are compatible. SD shoes will probably look like clown shoes. They often look oversized on DD, so it’s going to be worse on a 1/4 sized doll.

People have tried this before with interesting results. Regular MDD Feet On Mochi Ashi Legs - Questions & Answers - DollDreaming I just got my own Mochi Ashi and personally I don't think it would look very good, but you could certainly try it!
