She thinks she conquered the tree...ma'am...I put you up there. >_>; And yes! you're right, it is Squill/grape hyacinth. I wonder if we have a different name for it in the UK and thats why it didn't really show up the first time. Interestingly, I have only ever seen the blue kind here, until you mentioned it I had no idea it can come in different colours.

XD  Dolls can be so silly sometimes.  Probably part of why we love them.

 

I learned about the white grape hyacinth the same time I learned about the blue.  I know there are fancier purple colours now too, but I rarely see them.  The only colour I've ever seen outside a picture is the blue.

So, I haven't been spending a lot of time in 1/6 land lately, but a few more girls will be arriving soon. Two Volks Lost Angels, and - finally - two Noix de Rome elf heads (pink and blue)!! The black haired Lost Angel has a horrendous haircut but I rarely have the patience for reroots...I might just attempt to give her extensions with my spare black saran, and thin out her bob? I'm notorious for not finishing projects so I'm hoping that by chronicling them here, it'll give me motivation to finish them.. 😅
 

The droopy ears are soooo cute. They're all adorable but I have a soft spot for the blue haired one, she's so hecking cute.

Those who saw my recent post will recognise Lost Angels Seonja~ She got a brand new Azone Emotion 2 body which is perfect for her, and she also found her style here pretty quickly! These aren't the best photos but I'm glad I was able to take her outside and I really like her. I was a bit regretful that I'd added more dolls to my collection, but this girl is such a cutie and I'm happy to have her!

I’m only just seeing this now, but congrats on the Lost Angels dolls! I saw them on Dollyteria and wondered who got Katarina (the blonde one). Pleasantly surprised it was another forum member, and I’m glad she went to a good home! I mulled over getting the Mimi Cotton head that also went up that night, but didn’t end up going through with it. Would love to see more pics of yours!

Thank you! I debated over getting Katarina, and in the end I'm glad I got her as she's very sweet 🎀 I'll try to share these girls again soon, so you can see them! Do you have any Lost Angels?

Well...shortly after the last package arrived, so did this girl (ノ_<。) she's an old Azone Sakura Brand girl, Tsubomi-chan 🌱 I've been looking for her for many years and found her priced very reasonably on Mercari. I'd like to try and keep her on the original body, but it's got a horrid torso joint that keeps falling apart 🙃 I think I'm just going to superglue it. There are one or two Lost Angels I still want, but after this I really need to dial it back on finding rare 1/6 girls or I'll become overwhelmed lol.

I don’t have any Lost Angels, but if I found some at a reasonable price, I’d probably pick up Katarina and/or Mimi Cotton (with the platinum blonde hair instead of the normal blonde hair that was on Dollyteria).

They’re delightful, definitely get some if you can! They show up on mandarake and mercari a lot : )

been struggling with the faceup of the KOTOBUKIYA Tamaki Kousaka (Redhead in her Undies)

to try to get her less Weird-Looking... but, i'm beginning to think it's ultimately a hopeless endeavor...

 

 

Also; @ chibichibiusa  i notice you still have your VOLKS UFS Mamotte Shugogetten Shaorin!

i have both that one as well as the much larger 1/5-ish TSUKUDA HOBBY FADS version (highly customized)

from around the same late-90's vintage;

 

VOLKS UFS Shao has also been extensively modded since acquiring her in 2015.

a similar glass-beaded headband... and a new AZONE Pure Neemo body,

a hand-me-down from my PN Squid Girl;

TBH; Your Collection, - as well as that of the long-defunct "Anime Dolls.com" -

were instrumental in making me aware of the VOLKS UFS Shaorin early on...

and, by extension, the TSUKUDA HOBBY FADS Shao as well.

i was very lucky to eventually acquire both, -being rather rare-

but i nevertheless thank you for inadvertently cottoning me onto them when you did!!!

Remember that Lost Angels Catalina I bought? Well, I was on the fence about keeping her but decided to chop off all her hair as it wasn't in the best condition. I much prefer how she looks now. She's on the Pureneemo XS body so it's a little tricky trying to get clothes that fir her nicely without buying a whole new size, but she looks nice in this dress from my latest haul. 

This girl's definitely one of my favourite Lost Angels 🖤
