Salica sends us a huge haul!

One of my very long time friends in the doll hobby contacted me a little while ago and told me she was going to thin out her collection of clothing along with both her Smartdolls.  Since I've adopted a few of her girls before, this was basically similar to me adopting 2 sisters to add to my family along with some clothing.

So in that view, we needed a story!

Of course every story needs a start so here we go!

 

Mirai - "Are we there yet?  This bag is getting too hard to push."

Unity - "Yeah I'm pretty sure this is the place Mommy said to go.  HELLOOOO?  Anyone here?"

Elizabeth - "Did you hear that Sango?"

Sango - "I did, sounded like someone's at the door.  Since Rei is out of town, we should go check it."

S - "Oh hello.  Are you expected?  Papa isn't home yet and neither is Rei and no one told me to expect anyone today."

M- "Ohhhh!  They're as pretty as Mommy said!"

U - "Yes we are expected.  Your Papa has adopted us from your Mommy Salica."

E - "Ohhh!  New sisters from Mommy!  Yay!"

S - "Let's go into the living room so we can sit down and talk then."

E - "I'm so excited!  I wonder if Mommy sent us any goodies?"

U - "Okay that's good.  I'm so done pushing this thing."

S - " What's in this thing?  It weighs a ton."

M - "Oh you'll see!  So much fun stuff!"

M - "Mommy said you were cute but you're like super cute!"

E - "Why thank you!  Papa makes sure I always have pretty dresses to wear and my buddy Kanu does my hair for me."

S - "So why did no one tell us you were coming?  That's pretty odd."

U - Well we SHOULD have been here a week ago but that terrible travel agency we used got us lost and then refused to let us leave the distribution center."

E - "Yep!  He's super fluffy and soft."

"It was awful.  I'm pretty sure we sat in the UPS store up the street for a full day before they let us go."

M - "OH MY GLOB IT SUCKED!  Move and sit, move and sit!  It was so annoying!"

E - "Well at least you're here now right?"

"Yes, it's so nice to be at our new home and to meet you guys!  But where is our other sistyer?  Katerina was her name I think?"

"She's out shopping with Rei like they always do.  They seem to be running late tho."

U - "Oh well that's fine, we can talk to her once they return."

S - "By the way, what's in this heavy thing?  Normally Mommy sends a few bits of clothing along with a new sister but this... this seems a bit much."

U - "Ah yes, the loot.  Mommy and Papa made a deal to help clear out some of the things we don't use up in Canada.  So she is sending a bunch of stuff with us in hopes that the larger family here can use them."

S - "Oh that makes sense!  We *do* have quite the large family here now."

E - "So Mommy sent us all this stuff?"

U - "Well some of it is the clothing Mirai and I use but I'd say most of it will be for you guys.  Not that i t matters because we'll all be sharing anyways right?"

E - "Yeah!  Mommy said we always have to share with family!"

U - "Mirai, help us put this stuff up so they can see everything."

S- "There seem to be quite a few 50cm outfits in here."

U - "Yeah, Mommy had a ton of them that we haven't used in years and she knew you guys had a few girls that size like your friend Sonico that could wear these."

S - "That's right, there's a few of the smaller girls who are taller than the MDD's so these will work out well for them."

U - "She can sleep anywhere and it seems she finally hit the wall.  She's been super excited the whole trip  but now that she feels safe, she's out."

M - "Mmmmm please pass the cookies...."

Yes indeed thank you Salica for everything!  I'm very happy with all the outfits and the girls!  We're certainly going to have lots of fun dressing everyone up in all the new stuff!

Ha ha, no worries, I knew you would see it eventually.  I'm very glad you saw it and enjoyed it!  It was fun doing a photo story again even tho it took me half the day to do it.  LOL  

The girls practically dress themselves so it's easy to let their personalities come out thru them.  😉 

I was happy to see all the 50cm clothes!  I never seem to remember to go looking for any when I'm looking for clothes so to get this many that are all so cute and fun is wonderful!

Elizabeth is always so innocent and cute, that's why I let her read your letter.  Sango and Katerina saw it later and were happy too.  It was a very nice letter!

I made sure no one is fighting over the stuff!  LOL  A few girls did say they want to try on certain things so I'm sure we'll get photos soon of them modelling the pretty things!!

Aww, this was great! I'll be posting some new stuff soon, but WOW, looks like you got got quite a bit from Salica! including two new girls! I really need to send her an E-mail myself now that I think about it; it's been too long! unfortunately life throws some monkey wrenches into your plans from time to time. Great story though, as always! Looking forward to seeing more from not just you, but everybody!

Thank you sir!  I appreciate the compliments!  Salica likes spoiling her girls that live with me so it's all her fault that I got so much from her.  😉 That and she just had so many wonderful things to buy!  But really, she's been one of my best friends in the hobby since I started and she's always helping me out so this time we kinda helped each other this time.  😄
