Your favourit stores für Smart Doll clothes

Hi everyone!

I am still new in the doll community and just got my very first doll. So I am wondering where I get clothes for dolls.

As far as I know there is:

• obviously Smart Doll shop from Culture Japan -> I love them but clothes and shipping is expensive
• Since I am from germany there is anime-sugoi.de -> I think it's the german version of the US fabricfriendsdolls, where they sell Smart Doll original dolls and clothes
• etsy.com -> maybe the most common one with alot lil sellers around the world (EliteDollWorld, TTYA, ChiTaShine ...)
• Ebay -> always an option though it seems not the favourit place for small dolls
• amazon -> not many options but some cheap and free shipping items

I bought stuff on etsy and amazon yet. Where do you buy doll clothes?

Any particular style?

I go for most clothes that are labeled to fit Dollfie Dream, or SD13. Just be mindful of the hip and bust, if it's close-fitting clothes, or if your doll has a smaller/larger bust than the default.

Anyway...

thanks for your reply Yumeiro. Sadly it's the only answer yet. Though I can understand that. Most are from the US and dont know much about clothes stores from europa. Also it depends heavily on style.

Talking about style, I love casual, like jeans, sweatshirts, sneaker, baseballcap. Let's call it tomboy style. I will take photo of my doll once I have enough to dress her up. Right now she's just wearing the very first outfit I got - a leisure look with jogging pants. Kinda the same pants I like to wear at home ^^

It helps a lot to look for dollfie dream clothes or for bjd clothes in general. Though I am not always sure if the stuff fits my smart doll. Your linked shops seem great. I found a some lovely outfits like christmas stuff ^^ Most of the time I ma just not sure if it fits the smart doll. 

I realized it's hard to shop clothes if you cant try them on first 😉

TobiasMalfoy (used to be on etsy) is located in the UK.
But unfortunately, yeah... there isn't as many European as Asian options...

Yeah, it is tricky! The clothes can wary, just as human clothes does, between brands.

She's in Germany too and got cute casual stuff and not high prices either. And she focusses mostly on Smartdoll and DD so it will always fit well. (And MDD but she states well for which size it is). 

My own stuff is too cute and girly for your taste probably XD

Always nice to learn of shops in the EU. As much as I like buying doll stuff wherever I can, I'd rather spend more on actual clothes, and less on customs duties. 😄

Edit: Also, I swear to god, is it just me or does Etsy's search really suck?

I have recently placed an order from this lady's shop:

It's called "Inika's Outfits For Dolls"

I haven't received it yet, but the pictures I got from her seem promising.

Prices are average (18€ per top/trousers, 35€ per fuzzy jacket), and the quality seems very high.

She has a huge variety of fabrics, too bad that what's available for display in her store is just a small part of what's really available!

I suggest messaging her, as she has so many things that didn't put up for sale yet.
