Hello :))

New here, really love smart doll, joined cause I love smart doll, Angel Philia, Obitsu. I did have a Dollfie Dream but sold her because I felt like it was hard for me to care for her and switched to Smart Dolls. I pre ordered Y’shtola, so I’ll have to be more careful with her.
 

I’m still really young in my twenties, so I still have a lot to learn when it comes to vinyl dolls. I’m new to photography, I still need to learn how to use my dslr camera. I’m rambling a lot but anyway I’m glad I joined this forum

DDs are pretty durable, but I do feel that the newer f3 body has a steeper learning curve than DDIII. The vinyl shell is the same, but f3 has a frame that needs some tensioning from time to time. It’s designed to let you tighten some screws as the body loosens up due to friction, but that means taking them apart and tightening the screws, and sometimes they need it when they are new. Other than that just wipe dirt and dust off of them from time to time, and do occasional stain removal.

My Dollfie wears a bodystocking most of the time now... finding a random stain earlier this year was really alarming but it was really easy to clean her.

When I first got Towa I had huge problems getting her legs to stay on. Because she's a DDdy her thighs are more thicc than regular Dollfies. I did also tighten her skeleton because her default screw settings were all wrong.

I redress her about once a month. She still looks really good considering our last house was falling down and was so dirty.
