Mochi's still in elementary school, but middle school's around the corner for her, and she wanted to try on her future uniform. 😊

Speaking of changes, Mochi has switched over from a 45cm Azone to MDD! 

The cuter proportions suit her better, and pragmatically, dealer outfits tailor for MDD and don't fit quite the same elsewhere. There's a little more to her new getup, but that will wait for next time. 😶

Interestingly, it’s quite similar to the DCH-27 M02 available in Dream Choice. Pretty sure yours came first, which makes me wonder if Volks saw yours (do they read this forum??) and imitated the style 🤭

Oh, who's the artist? It's really cute! I also have a custom faceup on my MDD girl, and she has white sparkles under her eyes. I know there's several face up artists who do those, but it's rare from Volks as far as I know. It's such a cute detail. 

Mai and Mochi are still alive and well!

Mai became a DDS earlier this year. She's wearing a winter outfit I coordinated using various Volks and dealer pieces.

Here's Mochi being a little grinch.

I hid them. That way if you recover them in the future we can restore them, and then you can put the links back and preserve context in the thread. It should preserve your post count too.

Oh man, I came across this account by accident, and I'm floored. They bring their doll with them on serious adventures, and the doll's wearing miniaturized outdoor clothing and gear that I assume has to be homemade.

They're wearing crampons, gaiters, hard shell, climbing ropes and a miniaturized climbing pack. This is a passion of mine, so seeing something like this is... w-wow!

Are there any dealers out there doing outdoor gear (beyond the Volks camping clothes and discontinued backpack)? 🤔

Mai better not find out, or she's going to end up sneaking into my pack next year...

Pet tents can work for 1/3 scale. For the other stuff you can check Booth or see if Tiriaq's Treasures can make the 3D printed stuff. I know I have seen 1/3 scale doll backpacks, but I am afraid I don't recall where. 

I had one other suggestion, there might be vendors at iDOLL who carry that sort of thing. I'm guessing @ragnamuffin would be aware of them if they exist.

I don’t remember seeing anything like that, but @Tierparkzone is more likely to keep a mental note of this kind of stuff.

Misonokuni usually brings a few doll sized camping utensils to conventions:

I think I also remember seeing a store selling camping chairs a few times, but I haven't found a picture of that yet.

 

A while ago, Azone Akihabara also had these backpacks - which are actually holders for your Suica (IC train ticket).

 

Of course, there's also the Smart Doll climbing harness, although it's not available from them directly anymore.

This is exactly the kind of clothing I was hoping to find! The clothes really closely line up with real outdoor wear. I think some of it's directly inspired by Montbell.

A shame that it's almost all out of production, but I'll keep a close eye on them. Thanks!

I think you just have to watch their site for the next release. It's kind of like Volks, they make something in X quantity and when it's gone, it's gone.

Mai's wearing a dress that ragnamuffin picked up for me at this month's Idoll.
