1998/2022; coming full circle;

this particular unit goes way back with me,
all the way back to the late-1990's, in fact, when i had had come across a BANDAI 1990 1/60 ARL-99B at a comics'/collectables' shop,
on "Sale" for around $15.00 from it's "Nominal" $25.00, due to a sticky note on front, denoting a missing "Chess Piece"

turned out that it was indeed missing the frontal chest half,
and i ended up scratch-building a makeshift replacement, from a toy tank i had lying around at the time;
